Replacement Parts

To request a replacement part, please fill out the form below (US and Canada only). If you live in the US and Canada, you may also call Customer Service in Huntersville, NC at 1-800-866-5740 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. When calling, please specify either the part number of the tool or details about the product. Please note that there is a replacement limit of 10 springs or screws and two pairs of pads per customer.
